The purpose of the Action “Drones and Aerial Robotics” is to study the impact of the use of drones on teaching and learning with an emphasis on STEM. The objectives of this action are:
A review of the literature on the impact of Drones on students’ knowledge and on the development of various skills.
The identification of good practices for the use of Drones in the learning process.
The study of factors that influence the use and acceptance of Drones by students and teachers in formal and informal learning environments.
The use and use of Drones in STEM activities.
Various types of educational drones are available in the IT laboratory, such as: a) Ryze Tello EDU, b) Lego Flybrix, c) Makeblock Airblock drone for STEAM education, d) Parrot Beebop 2.
Also, the DJI First-Person View Drone is available, which combines the technology of drones and smart wearable devices.
