The 8th Panhellenic Scientific Conference "Integration and Use of ICT in the Educational Process" was organized by the Pedagogical Department of Special Education, the Pedagogical Department of Primary Education, the Pedagogical Department of Preschool Education, the Department of Physical Education & Sports Science of the University of Thessaly and the Hellenic Scientific Association of Information & Communication Technologies in Education (ETPE) (https://etpe2024.uth.gr/). The conference was held in Volos, on September 27-29, 2024.

The Informatics Laboratory of the Department of Primary Education of the National University of Thessaly participated in the organization of the workshop on the topic "Aerial Educational Robotics: Possibilities, Prospects and Challenges of Drones" (Speakers: Sivenas Tryfon, Koutromanos Georgios & Georgiadis Georgios). The workshop was attended by students, primary and secondary education teachers and education executives. The participants, after being informed about the latest developments in aerial educational robotics, then had the opportunity to interact and plan flights with the available educational drones on the premises of the University of Thessaly.
